Cause Craft Consulting works with nonprofits to enable their staff to work effectively. We have particular expertise in Communications, Development, Marketing, Fundraising, Digital, Advocacy, and Technology departments but also work with organizations on their program departments and directly with nonprofit leadership teams and boards.

As an Organizational Development firm, we specialize in maximizing organizational effectiveness through management and strategy advising, strategic planning, capacity building, change management, project oversight, technology solution selection and evaluation, assessment and implementation of structure, and process change. We have a holistic and integrated approach to our work, and tailor each engagement to the needs of each organization and project.

Position (Summary Description)

We are looking for an individual who is at an early stage in their career and seeks a busy, thriving, inspiring, and supportive environment that fosters hands-on learning, growth and development.

In this role, you will work alongside Cause Craft principals who are partnered with senior nonprofit leaders and staff to solve complex organizational challenges. Together, we will develop strategies and solutions that increase their organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

In partnership with our nonprofit clients, we will assess critical process and technology issues and provide input, advice, direction, and execution to advance the organization’s mission. As a consultant, you will assess the need for organization design, define design criteria, evaluate alternatives, implement process changes, and assist with culture changes. You will also work in partnership with technology and implementation partners, offering additional perspective in the hybrid role of business analyst and change management expert.

The ideal candidate will desire to grow to lead design and delivery of multi-disciplinary solutions, including organization design, organizational health assessment, and team effectiveness. You will be successful by building trust and collaborating with clients in a virtual environment, partnering effectively with Cause Craft staff to share knowledge and skills.
